Discovering Synergy in the Prayer of Agreement

Have you ever wondered how you can accomplish more in your business without hiring more people?  Is there a way to multiply the efforts of the people you already have? One of the ways to achieve this is through the power of agreement.  We have always made unity a core value in my company because unity and agreement are excellent maximizers.  They encourage synergy. Here is a definition of synergy:

"Synergy is the working together of two or more things to produce an effect greater than the sum of their individual parts.”

I have seen this synergy in action when a team really gels and they are able to accomplish a great deal more than I expected.  One of the best ways I have seen to develop agreement and unity is through prayer. The combination of prayer. And agreement is powerful, in fact, something supernatural happens.  Jesus speaks of the power of praying the prayer of agreement in Matthew 18,

“Again, I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”

Matthew 18:19-20 NKJV

Two things happen we pray together in our workplaces. Firstly, we can expect the presence of God because He will be there in the midst of us and secondly, that our agreement moves the heart of God.

Exponential Multipliers

I saw the value that my personal prayer had on my company and I wanted more people to experience that.  I knew that if more people prayed together at my business then we would see God move through it.

In Deuteronomy 32:30 the Bible says, “one shall chase a thousand and two shall chase ten thousand to flight”. The ordinary arithmetic is for two to chase two thousand since one can chase a thousand.  However, that supernatural synergy gets to work when we do this together. Can you get someone to agree with you in prayer at work? See if it will give you an extra dimension of growth.
